Monroe James is a Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist from the Emerald City.
Monroe was raised in the Pacific North-West surrounded by natural beauty and the Seattle music scene. Growing up They were constantly involved in the arts. Whether it was musical theatre, glass blowing, or drawing, all they wanted to do was create. As time passed They became enamored with the ability to change ones appearance using makeup. They loved how subtle changes could enhance someones innate beauty or change them into a completely different person. With over 9 years of experience including magazine covers, 20+ films, going on tour with NKOTB/Tiffany, Willie Nelson’s 90th birthday and creating pieces for Kanye West’s ‘Sunday Service’. They are also the primary visionary behind RoseColoredWorld. Their main goal is to always make Their client feel in-tune with the makeup, never letting one overpower the other.
